How do I verify my student status?
We utilize a multi-step verification system including .edu email confirmation and official enrollment document review. Most verifications are completed within 24-48 business hours.
When do I get paid?
Payments are released to your GigWire wallet immediately upon gig completion and poster approval. You can withdraw funds to your GCash account after the admin's approval.
Insurance coverage?
We currently do not provide insurance coverage. In case of emergencies, please call the local authorities or police immediately.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no penalty. Within 24 hours, a small service fee may apply to compensate the provider for their reserved time.
What is the current app version and system requirements?
The current stable release is v1.2.4. It is optimized for Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above. The file size is approximately 143 MP, and it supports automatic updates from our secure distribution nodes.
How does the Wallet and Point top-up system work?
Currently, we do not have an option to top up using a credit card. You can only send funds to the GigWire GCash wallet. Once sent, please wait for the admin's validation before the funds are reflected in your account.
